Child Sponsorship

In Uganda, vulnerable children are living unbearably hard lives. For many, food is scarce, shelter is inadequate, and they have no defense against disease. Even more, an opportunity for education is beyond their reach. This has left them with little hope to break the cycle of poverty and oppression in their lives. There is a loud call for the love and compassion of Christ.

We thank God for every sponsor who steps forward to answer that call! Believe us . . . child sponsors are changing lives! As you read the biographies of our children, you will see that some of the children need an education sponsor, others need a boarding sponsor, and still others need both. We could never express the joy your sponsorship would bring to a child’s life.

Please note that our most critical need right now is for boarding sponsors or those who can sponsor both a child’s education and boarding. As you read the stories, you will see how blessed we are with great kids. We will be adding children who need education sponsors in June.

For $35 a month, you can stand with a child who has an education sponsor but also needs a boarding sponsor.  Boarding school is for those who are in crisis or live where there is not a good school nearby.  As a boarding sponsor, you will provide your child with housing, tutoring, bedding, hygiene supplies and extra meals. For many children, this is the only way they can continue their education.

For $70 a month, you can stand in the gap for a child who needs both education and boarding. Your sponsorship will provide your child with school fees, a school uniform, sportswear, shoes, hot lunches, and school supplies. You would also provide for all their boarding needs including housing, tutoring, bedding, hygiene supplies and extra meals.
